Our Emerging Leaders programmes are aimed at new leaders, those moving into a leadership role or existing leaders who want to refresh and re-engage with their leadership skills.
The programmes focus on developing a deep level of self awareness and the confidence to become an authentic and inspiring leader using your own personal strengths. We use an executive assessment tool and / or 360-degree feedback to inform the individuals’ self-awareness as leaders, identify strengths and development areas.

This programme incorporates seven facilitated group sessions (topics listed below) focused on developing leadership skills as well as six one-to-one coaching sessions per person to help embed those skills and develop an authentic leadership presence.
